Attorney Search Process

Lee Ann Bellon has been long been regarded as an ethical, competent and creative recruiter. She and Gibb Connor look beyond the ordinary when they are involved in a search for an associate or a partner with significant business. In order to conduct a successful search they must visit with the office and the people with whom the applicant will be working. Whenever possible, they also meet in person with the candidate to determine if the fit between the candidate and the firm will be solid and productive.

Elite Legal Services does not advertise. We have found that attorneys who respond to ads are often being forced out of their own firms or are deeply unhappy with the practice of law.

Rather, we conduct extensive research and directly contact likely prospects and ask for referrals. We are looking for the attorneys who love to practice law and would only move to a firm that would offer them opportunities for professional growth. We also understand that making a professional move impacts the attorney and their family’s lives.
